“Sandy Oaks Apartments located in Aransas Pass, Texas suffered a severe hailstorm that damaged all of the roofing and roofing components as well as severe siding damage. Berryman Roofing provided all of the replacement of all of the damaged building repairs and provided assistance in collecting insurance proceeds from Texas Windstorm. This was a major job involving apartment units roofs and exterior siding. The work was handled efficiently and timely. Crews picked up debris daily and the site area remained receiving for our building(s). Berryman Roofing provided manpower that finished this job very quickly. They met Texas Windstorm stringent requirements so that I could obtain my Texas Windstorm Certifications. They provide detailed job analysis so we could understand what we were receiving for our building(s). Due to the professionalism shown at the Sandy Oaks Apartments location, I awarded some repair work at an apartment complex in Sinton, Texas. During the review for detailing my repair work it was noted by Berryman Roofing staff that i had extensive hail damage at this location as well. Berryman Roofing is working on this project now to remove and replace all of the hail damage to my structures and once again meeting with Texas Windstorm to coordinate all the replacement.
